Interview Session Guide
Supervising Team: Are to supervise the interview and make sure all the Staff are following the handbook and are interviewing correctly.
Management Team: The Management Team are there to manage the interviews and make sure everything is going accordingly and Management Team are able to Co-Host and Host the Interviews.
Administration Team: The Administration Team are to deal with any Trolls or Exploiters during the Interviews and are able to Interview people, Co-Host and Host.
Chief Staff Officer: The Chief Staff Officer's are able to promote, supervise and Co-Host and Host the Interviews and Interview people if needed.
Chief Operating Officer: The Chief Operating Officer's are able to Co-Host, Host, Supervise if no one is and able to promote Interviewees and do any moderation work.
Chief Executive Officer: Chief Executive Officer's are able to Co-Host, Host, Supervise, promote Interviewees and do any moderation work and are also able to issue recommendations for an Interview to become a HR.

Interview Tips
Interview Session Steps:
1. Shout Interviews one hour before start time saying: Interviews | Hosted by (Username) | Starts at (Session Time) (Time Zone).
2. 1 hour before the scheduled time Interviewers should start arriving and being for briefing all Staff shall remain in the main room unless told otherwise by the Host or Co-Host.
3. 30 minutes before the scheduled time the host will type "slock off" to open the Server for Interviewees and shout: Interviews | Hosted by (Username) Co-Hosted by (Username) | Open! Come down before the server is locked! | Starting at (Session Time) (Time Zone).
4. When the scheduled time comes the host shall type "slock on" to lock the Interview Session then shout Interviews Locked! Sorry if you've missed them, try again another session!
5. After the Interview Session is locked the Staff should be set up and ready to start the Interview.
6. Once everyone's ready and listing the Host will begin to read the following rules out for the Interview.

Interview Rules
RULES:

#1: Grammar is needed at all times during the interview session from the staff and the interviewees! Failing to use grammar will result in an automatic fail.
#2: Respect will be shown at all times. If respect is not seen from the customers you will fail. From staff will result in a demotion.
#3: The safe chat test will commence after these rules are finished. You will be required to say C74U in all CAPS. If you refuse or fail you will fail the session.
#4: If you fail you will be teleported to the cafe. Please try again next session. Make sure to use grammar and respond quickly!
#5: If you pass you will be taken to a room and you will wait there until you are ranked this can take up the whole sessions depending on how busy it is.
#6: If you disconnect, crash, or loose connection. You will not be able to come back in if in session and please do not complain try again next session!
#7: You will have 45 seconds to respond to a question as we need fast fryers! If you do not you will fail.
#8: Do not move from your seat unless directed by an Interviewer+.
#9: If an interviewer seems you AFK you will fail so please be active even during waiting!

Interview Questions:
1. Have you had any past experience with any other Cafe's or anything with Customer service?
(Interviewee must use full grammar for this answer and list a few Cafe's or line of work they've worked for.)
2. One a scale of 1 to 10 how good is your grammar?
(Average should be from 6 to 10 anything lower should be taken note of.)
3. Could you list your Pros and Cons?
(Interviewee should answer this question with their pros and cons and still be using full proper grammar.)
4. What would you bring to Metro Cafe if you're accepted into the Metro Cafe's Staff Team?
(Interviewee should respond with what they will bring to the Cafe this question doesn't have a wrong or right but they should still be using grammar.)
5. Why do you think your better than the other candidates that are applying for the same job as you?
(Interviewee should list why they should be chosen over the other candidates for the job.)
6. On a scale from 1 to 10 how good is your grammar?
(Interviewee should respond with what they think their grammar scale is and you can compare this to their previous answers to see if they're good with grammar.)

#2: 1 hour before the scheduled time Interviewers should start arriving and being for briefing all staff shall remain in the staff room until told otherwise by the host.
#3: 30 minutes before the scheduled time the host will type: slock off to open the interview doors and shout: Interviews | Hosted by (Username) | Open! Grab a seat before it's too late! | Starting at (Session Time) PST
#4: When the scheduled time comes the host shall type :slock on to lock the Interview Session then shout Interviews Locked! Sorry if you missed them, try again another session! SHIFT | Example: SHIFT | Head down to the cafe for some delicious Donuts!
#5: After the interview, the session is locked line up the staff from inside the staff room and walk out in a line.After fan out into an STS (Shoulder to Shoulder) formation. Assistant-Interviewer to the back and the co-host and host to the front speaking.
