I'll just start this off by replying to every point that was made on that thread.
1) I do know what I'm doing, of course USMS doesn't own the prison over BOP, it's called BOP. How stupid do you think I am? I was being rhetorical and sarcastic and trying my best to get on Aluos's nerves and pressure him into the power trip he is. Yes, during tryouts I do accept a lot of people at once, because I believe in giving people a chance.
I know this might mean that the probability of rogues will go up but that's a chance I'm willing to take, I'm willing to risk my credibility and reputation like no other Director in NUSA currently. I do however, do double and sometimes triple background checks on everyone we accept, sometimes, you just cannot control who goes rogue and who doesn't when they're in your agency.
2) I do not have incompetent staff, and if I did, they were fired. If I've free ranked anyone, it's because I feel like they could handle the job they were ranked to and they were apart of my incoming team as Director. InfiniteZero was suspended and also booted out of USMS when she was originally AoSed however her AoS was lifted when she was accepted back and made Chairman, she was also HICOM prior to me ever becoming USMS Director.
3) I do not know what happened to Vulturistic but I did not fire him, 5spidercool was fired however for disobeying direct orders by not only myself in-game but another HICOM member on the Discord who was in the second server where we were ordering him to go to the second server to join the mass patrol. He did eventually go to the second server but on his own time. This is why he was fired, hence the reasoning behind his support for this petition.
4) My priorities aren't out of order, I have USMS doing mass patrols constantly, I myself am hosting mass patrols, trainings, writing out policies and hosting tryouts along with reforming USMS and purging out the inactives and incompetent. I also do not merc, unlike SWAT who the SWATCOM admitted to one of his men mercing during our scrimmage, scrimmaging is for fun, we do not take it that serious.
I'd like to also note that this is in no shape, way or form impartial, as Ultify was just arguing with me not even a week ago after the scrimmage between USMS and SWAT and he is completely bias. I'd also like to note that users like 5spidercool and BOP are making this situation bigger than it has to be in-order to get me fired or impeached.
I've told the President that I am willing to step down if such is requested and I've told Senators that I am willing to give them my complete and utter attention to this matter and explain my entire defense.
I'd like to apologize to everyone that feels like I'm doing a bad job, but I'd like to note that USMS activity has done nothing but went up since I've became Director and that if it wasn't for the BOP incident earlier today, this wouldn't have escalated this far.
I'd also like to apologize to Aluos for trying to make him angry on purpose, if I am able to remain the USMS Director, I assure you, things will change as I've noticed all of your concerns.

The funny thing is we have evidence to back all of this. Anything you said to Aluos was not even said in a rhetorical manner. And obviously you are not ready to step down as stated in this forum because your still begging to "convince" devon not to fire you. (I have proof of that do not attempt to lie). Thank you.

You haven't heard any of us about free ranking, plus there ain't really much to waste. I have evidence about the termination of mine and Vulturastic's. I am on the screenshot of the event, so I don't see how that point of yours is valid. We've seen the result of WHS, and for sure everyone should deserve a chance, but the progress we've seen thus far was far away from being fit for the Office. We've had four / five rogues in one day, that's an astonishing record. After the scrimmage between SWAT and USMS you have said something to the SWAT officers, which I ain't allowed to post here due to ROBLOX's Terms of Service.
You did indeed host events and wrote two policies, those were not bad. In fact, they were awesome, however there are just a lot of flaws which we cannot use for an agency as USMS, after the load of rogue Directors we've had before (I do not say that you are one of those). |

Also, to verify Ozzy, we do double, even triple check our Marshals. So even though some may go rogue(very rarely) it is their decision. We check our marshals multiple times to ensure the safety of our country. If you don't like what we do, I suggest that you just leave it alone, aight? lol hiring alts is def giving ppl a chance, you failed to follow simple commands which got you barred from BoA, and got your agency BoP banned. And you still fail to follow simple commands. Nice job mass hiring anyone who pends for USMS thats def helping your agency. You're legit the worse director ive seen personally, you have to hire exploiting during a SWAT scrim yet you still cant win. Nasty, I'd love to see the track of these checks than. Of course we should give everyone a chance, but in this situation we've seen enough. And, even if you do check them thrice then you should really consider what you guys check, because five rogues on a day is just an astonishing amount. |
