We the people of State of New York, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, ensure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty, for our self and our acquaintance, promise to obey this constitution, for the State of New York.
Where as “GOVERNMENT OFFICIAL” is identified someone who is higher than Tourist, Middle Class Citizen, Upper Class Citizen, Criminal / Prisoner on Trial, Partnered Representatives, and Capital Staff

Only Government Officials, Homeland Security, Government Official Guests, and citizens, authorized by the Governor and Lieutenant Governor. State of New York Police Department, and any other New York Department may not enter Capital without consent from the Governor’s, or a Government Official.

Driving Laws:
1) Yield to all emergency vehicles.
2) Drive at speed posted in city GUI. (Keep weather in consideration)
3) Drive on the right side of the road.
4) Use proper signaling devices to indicate a turn or a stop.
5) Stop at all stop signs and or red lights. (You may turn right on a red light)
6) You must stop on red lights, go on green lights, and slow down on yellow lights.
7) You must make sure there are no cars passing if you are at a stop sign.
8) The laws stated must be followed by everyone, unless, there is an emergency situation. If there is a emergency, you must give way to on passing civilians, or cars.
9) You may not end the life of another citizen.
10) Aiding And Abetting A Criminal: It is illegal to help in the escape of a Criminal, and or using any type of transportation, providing weapons, giving false statements, misleading police.
