⊁ Introduction:
This thread will explain each rank in The Hazec Nation and will provide an understanding of the ranks. Completing the descriptions of these ranks does not entitle you to be promoted.

⊁ The Hazec Nation⊀
⊁ This overview will detail what each rank of The Hazec Nation is. And, while many clans function by a low rank, then officer/high command. The Hazec Nation is split into three styles of ranks, Lower Ranks, Officers, and Superiors.
▬ Private: LOW RANK
The lowest rank in the main Nation. These are the soldiers who have recently graduated from the Military Academy program. They have proved their value, knowledge and skill to the Nation and have begun the next step in their journey.
▬ Private First Class: LOW RANK
The next rank up from regular Priv########r#v#######st Class is a more advanced trooper. The Private First Class rank proves that they have begun to refine their knowledge and skill.
▬ Lance Corporal: LOW RANK
Lance Corporal the third rank up in the Nation is an advanced trooper that has proven themself on the field of battle. Lance Corporals can be entrusted with certain positions and can assist in small squads.
▬ Corporal: LOW RANK
Corporal is when soldiers can become slightly more involved within the main Nation. Corporals are allowed to join divisions, can be entrusted with small squads during patrols and defenses by their Officers/Superiors.
▬ Sergeant: LOW RANK
At the rank of Sergeant, soldiers begin to become more leadership-oriented and begin to under-go training for the officer ranks. Sergeants are entrusted in assisting officers/superiors and can be entrusted with small squads during raids, and squads during defenses and patrols. At this rank, you also become eligiable to work as a trainer inside the Military Academy.
▬ Lieutenant: OFFICER
Lieutenant is the first rank in which a soldier becomes an Officer. Lieutenants are to be regularly involved with group events and planning to help ensure the events run smoothly. Lieutenants should work to mentor lower ranks and assist them in learning the ropes of the Nation.
▬ Captain: OFFICER
Captain is the second rank in the Officer ranks. They are responsible for hosting events and working to fix problems lower ranking soldiers may have. Captains are expected to show proficiency in leadership and combat.
▬ Major: OFFICER
The third rank within the Officer ranks, Majors are responsible for assisting Superiors in large-scale events such as invasions, large defenses; and assist in behind-the-scenes preparations such as strategic planning. Majors should work alongside their fellow Officers to ensure the Nations progression and growth.
▬ Colonel: SUPERIOR
Colonel, is the first rank within the Superior ranks. At this rank, Colonels are expected to show high proficiency in leadership, combat, and strategy. They have been in the Nation for a substantial amount of time. Whilst they are responsible for holding events, they are also responsible for managing the groups functions should a Major General+ not be present to do so. Colonels are also responsible for planning, assisting and directing large-scale events.
▬ Major General: SUPERIOR
Understudies to the current Generals. Major Generals are Superiors who have shown extreme proficiency in their line-of-duty and have brought progress to the Nation. These superiors, work side-by-side with current Generals and Superiors ensuring growth, progress, and efficiency. At this rank, you become eligible to be a Divisional Head.
▬ General: SUPERIOR
Generals, act as the smaller decision-making force behind the maintenance of the group. Generals usually operate behind-the-scenes. Generals, are tasked with overseeing large scale events and large scale projects. Working side by side with fellow Superiors, Generals ensure the Nations place in the clan community.
▬ Marshal: SUPERIOR
Marshals, are the largest decision-making force behind the maintenance of the group. Marshals, who operate behind the scenes, work alongside all other Officers and Superiors to bring the Nation together. Marshals, usually design large scale events or projects and make sure they are completed as expected. Marshals, along with the Marshal Supremo, form the High Command; in which the Marshals directly answer to the Marshal Supremo. Marshals, usually become Department Heads, in which they oversee specific functionalities of the Nation.
