Game Rules - 8 minutes, 4 quarters. - 4 minutes (OT) - 4v4 minimum, 5v5 maximum, the home team only decides if they want to 4v########- If a team fails to come to the game on time there will a forfeit clock which is 10 minutes long. - When the forfeit clock is over and still not enough players to play, it will be FF. - When a team's coach calls FF, it is FF, no take-backs. - Home team decides if they wanna skip the half time unless it’s playoffs. - You will be given 24 seconds to score, if you can't and time expires, it is a Shot Clock Violation. - When the ball hits the rim, the Shot Clock will be reset to 24 seconds. (If defense picks it up) - When the ball hits the rim, the Shot Clock will be set to 15 seconds. (If offense picks it back up) - You may press when there is less than 2 minutes remaining. (All Quarters) - You may pick up an inbound from the opposing team if it is inbounded on the court for more than 3 seconds without the other team picking it up in time. - Backspacing and picking it backup is a result of Double Dribble. - Hopsteps are legal in the painted area. - You are not allowed to use 'T' to pass or to shoot unless it is in the painted area of the hoop you are scoring in. ‘T’ is also allowed during buzzers that are behind the HC line. - Substitution is a -1 T/O. - You may only call 'Subs' if it's a dead ball. - Teams must wear the corresponding jerseys for HOME and AWAY teams or they will be warned then teched. - Fans must not be on the bleachers for the whole game until finished. - Players that are not playing must sit on the bench (2 Warnings then a tech). -Max power is 90. Any other shot above 90+ are illegal unless it’s a buzzer. (SC Buzzers does not count as a buzzer). - If any bench player interferes with a players shots, the bench player will be warned then teched. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ III. Fouls/Violations - Shooting Foul: Making contact illegal contact on the shooter (Boosting the shooter or jumping on their head forcing them to jump lower will result in a Shooting Foul also) - Reaching Foul: Jumping or Diving on head to steal the ball (Inbound) - Illegal Pick: Moving while setting a pick (Turnover) - Mile Violation: Stealing the ball while lagging (Inbound; 2 warnings then tech) - Traveling: Jumping with the ball or self passing, except for self in-bounding. (Turnover) - Travel: If a player misses a dunk and does not hit the rim. - Offensive Goaltending: If a player goes to dunk and stands on the rim. - Goaltending: If a shot goes up and is coming down, but a player takes it while it is going downwards, on the rim, or after it hits the backboard first. - 5 Team Fouls (6th = Bonus, 2 FT's) - 2 Technicals (Ejected) - 20 Team Fouls (Forfeit; 10 per half, anymore results in 2 FT's) - 10 Team Technicals (Forfeit) - 10 second violation (Player must cross half court within 10 seconds of inbound) - 5 second violation (Player must inbound within 5 seconds of inbounder receiving ball) - 3 second violation (Player must be guarding an offensive player within the lane 3 seconds) FIFA: If FIFA does happen and it goes OOB, the ball will be given to the other team. Self-Glitch Pass: If this happens, it will be counted as either a Travel or a Double Dribble. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ IV. Team Rules - Roster limit is 15 players. - If you have any signing, releasing, or trading post them with a proof at the Wall. - Contracts must be formatted something like this: [Team Acronym] offers [Player]. - If a General Manager doesn't show up 4 games straight, team's General Manager will be fired. - Team Owners can sign, release, and trade players. - A player cannot demand a release unless he/she 'played' 3 games with the team. - Only one Free Agent may play with a team during a game if that team does not have 4 players. This meaning that only 3 players of the team must show up. Once the fourth person shows up, the Free Agent must be teamed back to Fans. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ V. Season/Playoffs - 14 games for the whole season - If a staff member of the league feels that a team is too 'overpowered' or is signing too many good players, the league official may warn the team owner to either cut some or request different types of players. If the team owner does not respond to the league official, the team owner may be fired. (This situation must be brought to the commissioner or Croowley ASAP) - Trade Deadline during All Star Weekend. - Signing deadline once Playoffs start - 1st seed vs. 4th seed / 2nd seed vs. 3rd seed / Winner of CF goes to Finals.
