If we can have safe chat, we should protect Roblox users from the harmful free speech allowed to be exhibited on Skype, Discord and Steam. My idea is to add a script that checks for Skype, Discord and Steam Chat running whilst the Roblox client is running. This way, users are totally safe while playing Roblox! If Roblox also forces Filtering Enabled upon all games, we can increase safety levels by >200% and nothing bad will ever happen on Roblox ever again. siggy

That would be very hard to moderate, considering that most of Skype chat is done with mics, and not typing. Also, Steam isn't even related to ROBLOX. We don't need to moderate that.
