a few weeks ago my old account Virixal got banned and my friend Harmlessssssssss also got banned all at the same time for account theft strange.. must be a new bug

Seems like you where reported for asking for personal information, then gaining access to someone else's account, which is a serious act and will get yourself terminated. - I could be wrong. However, this is no bug. If you're banned, you were banned for violating the TOS.
