Official tryout/training guide for the Qantas Airways Pilot Program.
Here you will find out how to host a tryout/training for instructors.

TRYOUTS-
Step 1.
Wait for everyone to arrive, wait about 15 minutes.
Number each person in the order for them to tryout in.
Step 2.
Explain to them how the plane controls work. Explain what each button should do. Also,
explain how to throttle up, control movement, etc.
Step 3.
Explain to them needed terms for them to fly. (takeoff speed, stall speed, landing speed, etc)
Step 4.
Get the planes ready outside. Ask the admins there to help test them.
(THE ADMIN MUST KNOW HOW TO FLY A PLANE)
Step 5.
Watch them taxi, takeoff, cruise, and land. If they forget a term explain it to them again. Then when they get back to the gate tell them how they did.
Step 6. Make a list of everyone who passed, and failed. Once you have that list, PM the director or deputy director the names.

TRAININGS-
Trainings are very different from tryouts.
Step 1.
Wait about 15 minutes for everyone to arrive.
Number each person in the order for them to tryout in.
Step 2.
Refresh their memory in controls and speeds. Go through quickly, as they should already know.
Step 3.
Get the planes ready outside. Ask admins there to help.
(THE ADMIN MUST KNOW HOW TO FLY A PLANE)
Step 4.
Take them out, one by one and test them. (taxi, takeoff ,cruise, landing) Please note, have higher standards then tryouts. If they've show any sign of improvement promote them. Also, for the last training to become a official captain, IT MUST BE PERFECT.
Step 5.
Write down names of people who passed. Send the list to the director, or deputy director.
