I - It is now MANDATORY for all soldiers to be able to do faces within three seconds or less. If they cannot mark this mark, they are to be demoted to Conscript until they can. They're not to be attacked, beaten or brutalised for their mistakes. Grammar Jacks are the only option for punishment of failure.
II - All soldiers are to be able to recite the law, as if they cannot they shall be demoted to conscript until they can. The Punishment for not being able to is blacklisting from the armed forces until they can recite the law in front of either an official or Lieutenant +.
III - If a soldier asks for a promotion, the soldier is to be swiftly reminded of the law concerning the question. If he pesters you and continues to ask for the promotion, swiftly demote the soldier, or exile him if he continues after that.
IV - Favouritism is a destroyer of all justice. If you spot officers favouriting lower ranks either because of their battle prowess or ability to be a goody two shoes, report them to the nearest Colonel +. This sort of behaviour is destructive to our military.

All soldiers are to know the guard positions. If they do not, teach them.
If a soldier doesn't know anything, train him to. If he then fails, quickly exile him. |
