The "Chat Filter" Needs to be Fixed

Guys, really. Everyone knows about it and complains about it, but it never gets fixed. The 2006 word blocking system you call # "chat filter". It is so unbelievably useless and agitating, it's unimaginable. I get it's purpose: you're trying to "keep ROBLOX safe" for the few thousand #6 year olds that play this game. But really, when you start blocking words like "#m #y", "dome", and the #6!?!? What person actually sat down and added those to the list of blocked words? Of course, it's always possible to make a better, revised chat system, but any game that contains such is instantly taken down. I'm sure there are many more words that are blocked. Really, fix the chat, do it now. There's no way you can stop every "bad" thing from being said without blocking normal words, people will always find # way to misuse anything. What are you going to do eventually, ban the English language? FIX IT.

Just to add to my claim, your system blocked out many of the normal phrases I used, including the first letter of the alphabet (still can't say it), every number I used was blocked out unless I used a # in front of it, and I had to separate the letters of one word with hashtags.

ROBLOX said they aren't gonna change the update. Some stupid 6 year old talked to a 50 year old and the parents complained.

Before they had a system where if you were not over 13 you could not chat, so why don't they just make it where they can't type again but the system will need to be changed where the ROBLOX exe will have to read all the account infromation like join age so it can determine if they can chat or not like they had it before. OR They can just have it so kids under 10 can't read the chat system at all and for kids under 13 will have their own chat system which will look the same but it will have all the hashtags like we have but the people over 13 - 15 will have the old chat system and people over 18 will have a unrestricted chat view. the way this should work is that it will be a spread script where everyone account system in the ROBLOX EXE will read the comment like it does now but it will read the date of birth of the players. and to insure kids just don't change their age roblox should have it once you set your age you can't change it at all. ~ Epicstrike1111 ~

Roblox is # kids game and will always be # target for that age, but Roblox is # universal age game anyone can play it look at a lot of the people who play people at the age of 30 are playing roblox on stream. but if roblox made # new system then everything will be fixed with # multi age chat system ~ Epicstrike1111 ~
