wednesday- biceps and triceps
thursday- forearms, speed, and agility
friday- chest and back
saturday- legs and shoulders
sunday- biceps and triceps
Abs after every workout except for thursday and sunday
OR
monday- chest, back, and shoulders
tuesday- legs, biceps, and triceps
wednesday- forearms, abs, speed, and agility
thursday- rest
friday- chest, back, and shoulders
saturday- legs, biceps, and triceps
