This is Nassau's training manual. Soldiers may look at this for help or officers can look at this if they forget something. Faces Right Face - Turn to the right from where you are looking. Left Face - Turn to the left from where you are looking. About Face - Turn to the opposite direction you are facing. Center Face - Turn to the officer holding the training. Right Incline - Half of right face. Left Incline - Half of left face. Musket Commands Shoulder Arms - Equip your musket or press the same key you did for a command. Guard Arms - G Ground Arms - H Trail Arms - K Charge Bayonets - X Support Arms - F Advance Arms - J Firing Commands Make Ready - Left click. Take Aim - Zoom into first person then right click. Fire - Fire your musket. Volley Fire - This is when you all fire at once. This command is given when no firing command is chosen or the officers state to prepare volley fire. Ripple Fire - This is when you fire down the line such as each soldier will fire from the right to the left. This is given with the officers state to prepare ripple fire. Blanket Fire - This is when you fire how many shots the officer takes. This command is given when the officers state prepare blanket fire and how many sheets. Fire at will - Fire when you want to and how you want to. Marching Commands Right Wheel - Line up to the right of the commanding officer. Left Wheel - Line up to the left of the commanding officer. Formations Square - Form a Square around your commanding officer. Rank - When an officer says something such as##orm two ranks you will form two lines from your right to the left. Columns -When an officer says something such as form two columns you will form two lines from the front to the back. Promotions Remember officers you never have to promote anyone.
