Failing at doing so without # good reason will result in demotion and possibly exile. 2. To be eligible for # promotion you must've had # certain amount of training followed by # tryout. Begging for ranks will get you nowhere! 3. Every week members will get an evaluation on their combat skill. This can be done in # teamfight or 1v1. Failing to have the minimum skill requirement will result in # demotion and eventually exile. 4. Don't forget to wear your uniform at group events! 5. Be respectful to fellow watchmen!
