"all that time" it was 2 months and we had a range of 15-20 members the whole time but nobody is active now that the clan is actually going

I just advertised and then held events as new people were joining and held that momentum. Not everyone will actually stay but a few will stick. |

## devs worked for free on their own time so i couldn't force anything out of them plus i was juggling a lot but even then i still made sure we launched on time |

Having a friend base is a really good way to get a clan going, just consistent effort and not only putting in work when you want to. Your clan will get there eventually they all do.

went from barely rallying 5 to rallying 10+ at will and we have 43 members
