This is for all officers to read whilst patroling/policing.If you are arresting a su#pect,you must do the following:
(STEP:1) Read the suspect/suspects his/her/their criminal rights which are:
"You are under arrest for (CRIYou do not have to say anything,but it may harm your defence if you do not mention when questioned something which you later rely on i##c##r############## do say can and will be used as evidence.Do you understand?"
If they say yes,then move onto step 2.
If they say no,you need to ask them why.If they do not give # valid reason/answer ("What crime did I commit?mit?"etc or something like that is a correct answers),then you need to tell them that you will ask them again.If they say no again without a valid reason,then you need to warn them three times.If they do not comply,the third warning you need to say is "If you do not comply,you will be banned for 24 hours for FRP."
(STEP:2) You then need to call for a PVT or a state 9 (mostly recommended),using your call sign and collar number.For example "HC-121,requesting a state 9 (LOACATION),please."
(STEP:3) Once the PVT arrives,you need to say "If you leave,reset or rejoin,you will be banned for 24 hours for Fail Role Play." to the suspect(s).(STEP:4) If there are no CU o##icers available,you need to ask a me#ber of the High Command,and they will sort it out.
(STEP:5) If a CU officer arrives,YOU need to go back to the PS as well as the CU officer will fill out a Custody Form regarding the suspect/suspect's (Roblox) details.(STEP:6) Once you arrive,the CU o##icer will then take you to the desk along with the suspect.
(STEP:7) YOU need to stay with the suspect(s) because you're the arresting officer.
(STEP:8) When the CU officer asks you the details of the suspect,YOU need to make sure the suspect is responding and replying and he/she/they're your responsibility.
