Welcome to the tryouts forum of Onyx Family, a te#m on the IE Elites group. There are 4 teams on the IE Elites, those are:
-Onyx Family (ChrisSummerlin)
-Team Velocity (Izzy4101)
-Corpus Adamantinus (PerpessiaRosa)
-Team Prestige (Nikobellicgunfighter)
[LEVEL 1]
To qualify for Onyx Family, you must be able to meet up to the requirements, those are:
-You must be mature
-You must be loyal to [IE] Impetus Empire
-You must be in [IE] Impetus Empire for a month
-You must also be very active, meaning inactivity can cost your spot on the team
-You must be following the IE Codex and Guidelines at all times
-You must want to get better
-And most importantly be respectful to every in IE, especially the HR's who try their hardest to train you
[LEVEL 2]
After ChrisSummerlin or I notice you have met those requirements, we will move you on to Level 2, this is where you answer a few questions, those questions are:
-What made you want to join IE
-How did you find IE
-How well do you think you effect IE
-What are some of your strengths (Must be atleast 3)
-What are some of your weaknesses (Must have atleast 3)
-Are you loyal to IE
-Do you want to get better, if so, what do you wish to improve at the most
-Can you accept a loss
-How long have you been sword fighting
[LEVEL 3]
Then comes level 3, I wouldnt think many would make it this far, but if you have, congrats. In Level 3, you will complete 2 hard obbies, and be able to overcome ChrisSummerlin or I. This part requires ChrisSummerlin or I to be present. Just because you complete all levels, does not guarentee a spot the team.
If you would like to know why you did not make it, come talk to whoever tested(This does not mean during training, do it when both are free).
