5.) ALL RANKS MUST LISTEN TO THE EMPEROR!

6.) Do not take any of the animals with out permission.
Punishment.) You will be put in jail.
7.) Do not ask for a rank.
Punishment.) You will be demoted.
8.) ONLY HR'S DO NOT FREE RANK!

9.) DO NOT AA or ABUSE ADMIN!
Punishment.) You will be exiled!
10.) DO NOT KICK LOWER RANKS FOR NO REASON!
