I'm curious: why does just about every website that has very little reason to be sued require explicit confirmation of the Terms and Conditions/etc and Roblox doesn't? At no point do you ever have to agree to Roblox's terms of service. Not at registration, or any other point, really. So I'm curious ## to how Roblox is protected legally based on any of its provisions if you haven't actually agreed to them?

When you join the roblox community, you get two PMs. Both are from Roblox, they inform you that by playing you agree to the Terms of Service. You also can see on the bottom of the site there is a "Terms" option you may click to see their full details. They also post on the forums their ToS in pinned messages.

But that's just the thing- why can Roblox just say "by using Roblox you agree" and other services can't?

Because those sites don't legally state: by being on this website you agree to our ToS.

My question, though, is why don't they? Seems like saving trouble to just say "by using our website you agree to the ToS" rather than forcing you to manually agree to them. Many ######## make you agree every time they change their policies. So why? Why go through the trouble and not just state that they automatically accept the terms by using the service?

Because manually agreeing is more effective. Roblox has # program you download, which is also more effective.
