[TES] Kingdom of High Rock - Code of Conduct ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Table of Contents I. Introduction / General II. Communication III. Infringements and Sanctions IV. Conclusion ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ I - Introduction / General Every member of the Kingdom of High Rock, either low or high, new or veteran must pertain to this set of rules and regulations. Failure to comply with these guidelines would result in sanctions, i.e punishments, e.g warnings and exiles. Respect • It is required for individual members to respect their peers and superiors alike. Even for high ranking members, one must always treat their comrades as equals. • Disrespect is not tolerated. Remember, we are one team. Failure to behave as a socially responsible and civilised member would result in punishments. Maturity • Individuals must uphold their maturity and refrain from things such as speaking in an inappropriate or suggestive manner. • This means one should not swear, act childish or break Roblox's own Code of Conduct, etc. Representation • Members of the Kingdom of High Rock are expected to represent the group positively and adhere to the rules even when partaking in other activities not related to High Rock. • Negative representation is: - Harassing, bullying or flaming others ingame or on the Roblox forums. -Insubordination (i.e defiance of authority) of superiors pubicly and acting out of accordance to these regulations during any High Rock event. -Partaking in conflicts between others that involve High Rock or while you are representing High Rock. If you wish to not represent High Rock or do something while not representing it, you should: 1. Remove your armor. 2. Refrain from mentioning or bringing up High Rock in any conversation. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ II - Communication Currently, High Rock uses Discord as its only third party communication platform. The High Rock chats are currently located in ManualReload's Twitch group's Discord server; there being a High Rock channel. However, there are also specific / additional regulations to be followed by those who use the Discord. It is trusted that moderators of the Discord server will use their powers accordingly, to enforce these rules. Spam • Any spam in the High Rock channels (typed or mic spam) will result in the perpetrator's removal / expulsion from the channel. Persistence will result in removal from the Discord server. Pictures • Inappropriate pictures or pictures that are derogatory and vulgar are strictly prohibited. Please keep the channel family friendly. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ III- Infringements and Sanctions Event Misconduct • Event Misconduct includes the disrespect towards a superior, not following instructions (insubordination), or purposely not wearing the appropriate armor. • Event Misconduct should be handled by individually warning the perpetrator. If persistent or serious enough, kick or ban the individual. If this concludes or reaches an extreme level, bans, demotions or expulsion may be presented. Wall Misconduct • Wall Misconduct includes flame or flame bait, spam, conflicts / arguments, offsite or inappropriate links and deceptive practices. • This should be handled by deleting the violating post, and if serious enough, a warning or a demotion. Forum Misconduct • Forum Misconduct includes flaming, partaking in conflict or negatively representing High Rock on the Roblox forums. • Forum Misconduct should be handled with a #arning. Insubordination • Insubordination is the act of being disrespectful or disobedient towards superior and appropriate authority. • Insubordination may be handled by anything from kicking to blacklisting. Bullying • Bullying anywhere on ROBLOX is intolerable, and is directly breaching Roblox's own regulations. Bullying is deliberately targeting another individual with insults, threats or harmful statements (flaming), attacking anyone inside or outside of High Rock, or releasing information about another person without their expressed permission. • External threats, such as DDoS attacks or threatening to DDoS an individual, is certainly susceptible to action. Targeting a certain (group of) individual(s) in real life or ingame is a serious breach to the rules. • Bullying requires an immediate warning. If serious enough that it damages another person's wellbeing, intervention by higher authorities is permitted and there may also be demotions. Treason • Treason is any act resulting in the harm of the Kingdom of High Rock, its members, name, hierarchy, or in extreme cases, ManualReload. This includes the leaking of sensitive information, betraying the Kingdom during war, planned rebellion against High Rock or conspiracy against High Rock. • Treason is punishable by demotion, expulsion or blacklisting. Inactivity • Inactivity is the absence of a member, without doing anything productive for their role in High Rock. • This charge is most certainly monitored to members of high authority, such as a Commander. • To seek exemption from this charge, one must personally enquire or speak with ManualReload about the inactivity. • Inactivity is punishable generally by a warning, suspension (more likely), or a demotion. • Negligence, the failure of a rank of authority to act according to these regulations (also known as abuse or corruption), is punishable by a warning, suspension or demotion and in extreme cases removal or blacklisting. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ IV - Conclusion It is appreciated that you took the time to read the Kingdom of High Rock's Code of Conduct. Please pertain to these sets of guidelines. If at any time you are unsure of what to do or what to follow, refer to these regulations. Also, not every possible rule was able to be listed. If you think something is against the rules, refrain yourself from doing it. Common sense and logic is an important asset to upholding these rules. Signed, Dragon Commander Reisfeldz and High King Lysandus.
