Introduction
Section 1: The following crimes shall hereby be declared illegal.
Section 2: Any person caught committing these crimes can and will be tried in a Plainview court of law for proper punishment.

Article II
Recognized Crimes
Section 1A: Assault is defined as trying to cause severe injury to another person.
Section 1B: Larceny is defined as t## unlawful taking and carrying away of someone else's property without the consent of the owner and with the intent to deprive the owner of the property permanently.
Section 1C: Burglary is defined as the unauthorized entry into a building with the intent to commit a crime inside.
Section 1D: Bribery is defined as the act of giving something of value to an elected official or a filed rank in return for a favor.
Section 1E: Perjury is defined as the act of lying under oath.
Section 1F: Kidnapping is defined as the taking of a person from one place to another against his or her will, or the confining of a person to a controlled space.
Section 1G: 1st Degree Murder is defined as t## act of killing someone with intent.
Section 1H: 2nd Degree Murder is defined as t## act of killing someone without intent as a##e#ult of another crime.
Section 1I: 3rd Degree Murder is defined as the##ct of killing someone with no intent whatsoever.
Section 1J: Grand Theft Auto is defined as the theft of a vehicle.
Section 1K: Trespassing is defined as entering private or government property without permission of someone authorized to give permission.
Section 1L: Jailbreak is defined as leaving the property of a correctional facility without authorization while serving a sentence.
Section 1M: Criminal Evasion is defined as escaping custody of law enforcement while being detained.
Section 1N: Slander is defined as falsely accusing someone of doing something.
Section 1O: Harassment is defined as speaking with aggressive pressure or intimidation.
Section 1P: Failure to Appear in Court is defined as failing to attend an arranged court date, or a summons while online.
Section 2: All of these crimes can have the word “attempted” appended to the front of it which means it was not successfully committed but the suspect had intent to commit it.
