@President No, it won't destroy LV. But like one of my neighbors up top said, all this will do is keep Pink Mafia going. Just don't recognize them, they'll shrivel up and die like the rest of the recent gangs.
Now, on the other hand, we haven't had a good gang for the cops to battle, so this could actually give the Pink Mafia the recognition they want, and they might actually become a gang that is formidable enough to finally make NUSA fun again. |

@Undefined No, it's constitutional if I'm correct. All they're doing is banning Pink Mafia from cooperating owners of private property. If someone who owns private property decides that they will allow Pink Mafia onto it, they can do so. This is basically a combined statement of GNC, BOA, and the Federal Government stating that they will not allow Pink Mafia onto property that they own.
Now, if you're jay walking and you are all pink, technically you may decline a search. Mostly because simply jay walking is not probable cause enough to warrant a search. Stopping a pink vehicle is once again questionable, because unless the vehicle fits the description of a car involved in a crime, there isn't any probable cause other than the color of your car.
So, most of this is completely constitutional, but a few parts borderline on abuse of power. |

K well after reviewing it further, LVPD is just using this as a way to abuse their power. LVPD is using this to harass people with #### ##### I figured LVPD would just kinda keep a more wary eye on Pink Mafia through this, but nope. |
