I. TECOM Introduction
The Training and Education Command of the Belgian Armed Forces is responsible for the training, and education of newly enlisted soldiers. The staff of TECOM are the most elite number of instructors and officers, that are all responsible in contributing to this group, and the Belgian Armed Forces.

II. Chain of Command
The Chain of Command shows you the positions there are in TECOM. It tells you what duties each position holds. If you have a question or issue that you must tell, follow the Chain of Command, and start from the bottom and work your way up the Chain of Command to get it answered. Always respect people who are higher up than you in the Chain of Command.
Commandante
Rank(s) Held: OF-11
The Commandante is the highest ranking military official in the Belgian Armed Forces. He is the top of the Belgian Armed Forces, and should be respected greatly. He owns and runs the Belgian Armed Forces.
Vice Commandante
Rank(s) Held: OF-10
The Vice Commandante is the second highest military official in the Belgian Armed Forces. He assists the Commandante in running the Belgian Armed Forces, and should be respected greatly.
TECOM Commanding General [CG]
Rank(s) Held: OF-9 General
The Commanding General of TECOM is the highest ranking military official in TECOM and supervises all aspects of TECOM, to make sure that things don't fall apart. The Commanding General has the right to remove, add, or replace any staff to make sure things run smoothly for TECOM.
TECOM Commanding Officer [CO]
Rank(s) Held: OF-7 Brigade General or OF-8 Major General
The Commanding Officer of TECOM is the second highest ranking military official in TECOM. The Commanding Officer assists in supervising all aspects of TECOM, and also has the right to remove, add or replace any staff to make sure things run smoothly.
TECOM Executive Officer [XO]
Rank(s) Held: OF-6 Colonel or OF-7 Brigade General
The Executive Officer is the third highest ranking military official in TECOM. The Executive Officer will assist the Commanding Officer in supervising all aspects of TECOM, and will be in charge of TECOM if the Commanding Officer is not present.
TECOM Chief Warrant Officer [CWO]
Rank(s) Held: OR-8 Chief Warrant Officer
The TECOM Chief Warrant Officer acts as the senior ranking enlisted official in TECOM. He/she commands all enlisted staff and reports directly to either the XO or CO.
Camp Flawinne Commanding Officer / Camp Saffraanberg Commanding Officer
Rank(s) Held: OF-4 Major, OF-5 Lieutenant Colonel and OF-6 Colonel
The Camp Clawinne Commanding Officer is in charge of maintaining Camp Flawinne. The Camp Saffraanberg Commanding Officer is in charge of maintaining Camp Saffraanberg. He/she will assist the Drill Instructor who would host training.
Section Commander [SECCO]
Rank(s) Held: OF-1 Lieutenant, OF-2 Captain and OF-3 Captain Commandant
Section Commanders are commanders of each type of training. There will be a total of three Section Commanders, one for Basic Training, one for Drill Instructor School, and one for Officer Candidate School.
Head Drill Instructor [HDI]
Rank(s) Held: OR-7 Warrant Officer or OR-8 Chief Warrant Officer
The role of the Head Drill Instructor is to supervise trainings as well as mange lower ranking Drill Instructors. The Head Drill Instructor can remove, demote, and promote other lower ranking Drill Instructors.
Senior Drill Instructor [SDI]
Rank(s) Held: #### Sergeant Major or OR-7 Warrant Officer
The role of Senior Drill Instructors are to act as an immediate supervisor to #### and JDI's. Senior Drill Instructors can host BMT, Training and DI School. They can host OCS is they have permission from an officer.
Drill Instructor [DI]
Rank(s) Held: OR-5 Sergeant or OR-6 Sergeant Major
The role of Drill Instructors are to conduct trainings for new recruits. DI's can host Basic Training, but cannot host DI School or OCS.
Junior Drill Instructor [JDI]
Rank(s) Held: OR-5 Sergeant
The role of Junior Drill Instructors are to assist Drill Instructors and Senior Drill Instructors with conducting trainings. They CANNOT host one on their own.
Awaiting Drill Instructor School
Rank(s) Held: OR-2+
This rank is those who are waiting for Drill Instructor School to be hosted, so they can become Drill Instructors.

III. Basic Military Training
Basic Military Training, or BMT is the training that teaches soldiers the basics of the Belgian Armed Forces. In BMT, we convert newly enlisted soldiers into battle-ready soldiers.

IV. Training (Physical Training)
Normal training is hosted for anybody and by anybody. It will make sure people remember the military knowledges, and principles of leadership. It will also consist of obstacle courses and jumping jacks.

V. Drill Instructor School
Drill Instructor School is hosted for people who want to be a Drill Instructor. This training is very demanding, and will test your ability to be a leader very thoroughly. To attend DIS, you must be OR-2+.

VI. Officer Candidate School
Officer Candidate School is where you become an officer in the Belgian Armed Forces. Being an officer is an honor , and when you pass OCS, the duties of an officer will be thrown onto you immediately. OCS should be extremely challenging, and should push the candidates to the best of their ability. To attend OCS, you must be OR-4+, and must have permission by a division CO.

VII. Message from the Commanding General
As the Commanding General of the Training and Education Command, I will make it my responsibility to supervise the daily operations of TECOM, and ensure all staff are well trained and capable of training and shaping the future of the Belgian Armed Forces.
