{[ How to become a Signed Player ]}
Becoming a signed player in college football is pretty easy. Coaches are looking for players so they can build their university and roster. The easiest way is asking for offers on the wall. Simply by saying “Offers [Positions](WR/CB)” and then waiting for some coaches to offer you. Other ways are sending a request to your desired team group and attending tryouts/practice to show the coaches your skills and to show them that you can become a starter. NOTICE: You must be active if you want to keep your spot and/or rank.

Every team must have a minimum of 20 and a maximum of 50 for season one. If coaches fail to meet these requirements, they may be fired.

As far as team groups go for this season, don't even worry about it. A player is allowed to demand a release ONE time. If a player wants to leave even after using his first Demand, the coach will either have to cut him himself or trade (yes trades are allowed in this NCAAF) him, otherwise the player must stay on the team until further notice. A player may demand a release in the offseason as many times as he'd like, but once pre season starts, the demand a release rule begins.

Head Coaches can not resign until the offseason. If caught doing so, they will be suspended and face other consequences. Head Coaches may sign 2 team coaches MAXIMUM, signing a team coach is not required. A team coach may offer players but they may not trade players.

In order to trade in the NCAAF both coaches MUST message an executive board member or higher before the transaction can be accepted. (Suspended Players may not be traded).

The player must be over 200 days old in-order to play for a team, if not they are not able to play.

Scamming, Exploiting, and Hacking will not be allowed. Anyone caught doing this will get exiled from the NCAAF ASAP, with no questions asked.

Advertising
Advertising will not be allowed in the NCAAF. If you do this once you will be warned and your comment will be deleted, if you do it for the second time you will face a 1 week suspension. If you do it Three plus times you will have a season suspension or possible exile.

Head Coaches will have the owner power of admin at their stadiums and Team Coaches will have regular admin. Both the Owner and the Head Coach can mod who they want to do what they want at their stadium but….

Do not M during a game unless it's some type of break for example a timeout or halftime. Or it will be a -5 and possible ejection.
2. The offense has 25 seconds(Play Clock) to sn####h###a####r it will be a Delay of game which is -5 yards.
3. The NCAAF is 8v8 max and 5v5 min. Nothing more or nothing less. If have more than 8 it will be a -5 EPOTF (Excessive Players on the Field) flag. If a team has less than 5 you will be given 5 minutes to get another person or it will be a forfeit.
4. Their is no dive behind the LOS(Line of Scrimmage) in any scenario and for any reason. If so happen then it will be a free play (for offense) and a -5 yard penalty
5. If a person lags during gameplay then it will be a redo if they continue to lag then they will be taken off for inspection… IF THEY STILL lag after that then they will have to leave the game aka ejection.
6. Refs Have Permission to Grant Hats
7. Any exploits or hacks during a game will result in a reschedule or we will find somewhere else to continue the game.
9. If s team is caught cheating then that will be an auto forfeit (Unless told otherwise).
10. A coin toss will decide what team will get the football first, the choices will be either heads or tails. If a team wins the coin toss they will decide to receive or kick first. If they decide to receive first half, they will have to kick second half and vice versa.
12. If a player moves before the whistle is blown (FS, False Start) it is a -5 yard penalty. If a player offensive or defensive goes pass the LOS then it will be a OS, Offsides which is a -5 yard penalty also.
13. If a player is caught trolling they may be ejected and face a suspension.
(14). When kicking a kickoff the markers will be placed on the 30 for both teams unless it's an onside kick then it will be placed on the 40 and must past for 50 for the onside to be successful. PAT’s(Point after Touchdown) and 2’s will be at the 20.
{15}. Disrespecting an administrator a referee(such as flaming) is not allowed and the person that does will face a huge consequence!
16. Games are 10 minutes a quarter.

Referee help the chairman manage the games and help the games run smoothly they enforce the laws and flag in the game and need to be heavily respected. As for administrators such as the members like Vice President President and of course the Chairman are head of the leagues and may help ref and help the league be as successful as possible. If any ref or administrator is being rude,trolling,cheating and scamming let the chairman know ASAP.

{[ Overtime Rules ]}
A coin toss will differ which team gets the ball first. ### #### will be placed at the opposing team's 30 yard line. There is no clock in OT. If the first team scores a TD, then the second team has to match it. If the second team fails to match a TD, the first team wins. If the first team doesn't score a TD on the first drive, then the second team will only need a field goal to win the game.
