Greetings LIGHT.
Unfortunately, I feel I must retire.
I've been with Light since 2015 and it's been a blast.I never thought I would become a GC.
However, with school and other responsibilities I have become inactive.
I feel like LIGHT deserves active HR's so I must take my leave.
My best wishes to LIGHT and my fellow Grand Council members.
My final action as a GC is to promote kittengirl102 to General.
