I had # ### injury. I had to miss provincials and a whole pitching season because of it. Don't lift. Lifting is bad and will only make it worse. use resistance bands. Wat you get 4 lunch? I got sainsburys 3 quid meal deal southern fried chicken baguette mccoys flame grilled & diet coke |

Hyper Extended Arm.
Put ice on it, and don't use it a lot.

@HMAX
I've been lifting quite a bit lately... but also doing resistance bands |
|

It's a hyper extended arm, don't lay on it, it will hurt through out the day, the more you use it the more tingle pain you have, also is it a
Shock pain or a tingle pain? |

@virtual
It's like a pinch pain when I try to raise it
Also, when I was twisting the cap off my water bottle I gripped the bottom of it with the same arm and twisted the top of with my right, but when I was on my same arm I got hurt it was kind of like a tingle feeling towards the middle of the inside of my arm |

######r###Elbow Elbow pain is # fairly common condition among baseball pitchers. Pitcher’s elbow usually presents as pain along the inside part of the elbow during, or after, throwing activity. This injury is usually caused by repetitive motion and stress at the elbow, resulting in pulling and stretching of the tendons and ligaments of the inner elbow. It can cause pain and swelling inside the elbow and can limit one’s range of motion. Immobilise tonight, keep pressure off, no practice tomorrow. Check for inflammation in the morning, ice if necessary. When the injury is more advanced, it may also involve the ulnar collateral ligament, which stabilises the elbow during the throwing motion. It can be involved, but they don't have to be connected, hope they aren't. There is a $40.00 co-pay for this |

prob hyperextended it |

It's a hyper extension let your coach know, otherwise you will tear more through your tendon, if you don't lay off of it you will serious be hurt, I had hypedtended both my arms, cause well wrestling is a full body man sport.
Put ice on it wrap it up in a position look up exercises to help it heal, make sure you don't throw a lot with it, otherwise you will do more damage.
Just lay off of a bunch of throwing far and stuff and you be fine. But it's gonna hurt at night while you sleep for sure. |

Sounds bad, you should definitely see a professional about this if the pain lasts.

@Virtual

|
