------Ranks------
Drill Instructor School is earned by attending an ETS tryout and passing. Junior Drill Instructor is earned through hosting a BBT under the supervision of an ETS instructor+. Drill Instructor is received by host five training's whether it be RT's or BBT's. Senior Drill Instructor will be rewarded when you host at least ten training's. All higher ranks are HAND-PICKED. Junior Drill Instructors have a limit of TEN.
------Training's------
A training has a structure which should be STRICTLY followed. I hope my Drill Instructors will not treat the trainees like RUBBISH. In both of these they should include a silent drill where the trainees have to be silent while the host and ######## ask them tempting questions like 'Want over 1000 robux?' If anyone talks they fail. March by using the commands: Prepare, ; Forward, ; MARCH!
BBT's Need to have done: Start with uniform inspection and national anthem. A three lap march of the parade, anyone ### pushes or sprints falls out (or anyone ### is bad) - This will also shorten the load along with the other starters such as turns. Also, They have to complete the obby by 10 minutes, if they do not they fall out. They will have to complete turns, anyone who fails falls out. Then, they answer a simple quiz. Finally, they learn basic formations such as STS, DFL and SFL.
For Lance Corporals+ (RT's): Uniform inspection and national anthem. We should do 10 laps of marching around the PS and 30 JJ's (If their rank is above Corporal then they shall have a set time limit depending on rank) '(Shortens the load)', constant faces and whistle codes such as, one blow = Prepare, Two blows = March/Halt. Then we do the obby and answer a harder quiz. Then they learn more formations such as Wedge and Box. (Same rules apply like BBT's) Whenever you STS or SFL if they are touching each other tell them to 'Make, space!' or 'Space, out!'
We need to be harsh, a lot of ranks such as LC+ all the way to Staff Sergeant+ don't even know their ranks and they don't even address officers properly or speak with grammar! We need to fix this.. WE need to make this group stronger and more disciplined and ETS is the root to every soldier. We need to make our training's COUNT. BBT's are meant to be hard and not 'full of chances'. Make it clear that messing around is not tolerated. When you pick promotions do not pick more than 6 or 7. Send the names to a Major General+.
------Expectations------
I hope all Head DI and under host at least one training per week each. That would add up to at least twenty training's per week if everyone did their part. We have also decided on a max capacity of 35. We do not tolerate no grammar, we expect grammar at all times when on duty. If someone asks for a BBT or RT when none are not going on, if you have time say 'Okay why not! Training at the parade square!' Be clear to your trainees. Be DEMANDING. Get the best out of them!
