I came here because I saw potential, determination and courage. I can work on that, I like to see Officers encouraged, as it is the key to hard work and hard work pays off, as now I'm given the chance to run for Assistant Chief in Docklands Police Department. Section I - Trainings Since iiRocker gave a new uniform code that are a requirement for Trainers to Uniform everyone, in my perspective I like it. Due to it looks more professional and neat and gives new Officers of DPD a better view of Docklands itself. Since Rocker gave the new way of Training, it has to be 100% strict, I try and make it not as strict, i.e going around calling everyone Maggots lol. Section II - Reforms I think Reforms had a great impact on Docklands Police Department, most others won't agree because they got demoted from probably Commander-Cadet, but most of the active ones, and encouraged ones are back at Commander, or almost back at Commander. The ones who have not reached Commander, keep trying and put 100% effort in at trainings, and it pays of. The reason of the reforms, were due to Abuse, and Corruption. This is now FIXED. I no longer see abuse at my trainings and/or other trainings. I thank Rocker for making DPD Better! Section III - Experience Some may say I shouldn't get Assistant Chief due to I've only been a Superintendent for over a month now, but, despite that, I've been HR in many other Law Enforcement groups which I left to focus on Docklands. I believe I can fulfill the duties of becoming an Assistant Chief, as well as dealing with problems/issues Officers may have. I think this can come in handy to Docklands Police Department, because I don't have favoritism, I don't free rank, I don't abuse, I don't do any of that. This is why, I think I am fit to run for Assistant Chief. ;) Section IV - Idea's for DPD My idea's for DPD are in the following list: -If voting is done in a forum -Where things are logged -MR Promotion System -Commander Promotion System -HR Promotion system. Section V - Conclusion That concludes my speech. I ensure you that I will do good for DPD, and only good, leaving training's with all Officers happy and determined. I hope to fulfill my idea's, plans, to get them enforced for the better of DPD. I hope from my view, that you can understand why you should vote me for Assistant Chief.
