The Baltin Province is a fictional Republic formed after the Second World War ending on '46. The Baltin Province was formed on the French and Italian Border. They have been recognized by Switzerland, but not by any other major powers.
[2] Current Conflicts;
It is now in the early 60's and the Baltin Province has been seeing the flare of aggression on the Italian border. Which can lead to another war.
[3] Noted Conflicts;
[C1] - First Italian War; During the early 50's small battles with Italy, the fighting was stalemate and the conflict was thus ended.
