Right,
Let's start from the beginning of what happened over at a lovely little group called Barcelo Hotels. Sit down, grab a lemonade and some popcorn and get in a realllyyy comfy position, and lets begin.
Around 2 weeks ago from when this forum post was made, I became the Vice Chairman of Barcelo, after requesting to script for the group. Everything went fine, operations were running smoothly. (Bear in mind, we were following a different ranking system than the group is now).
After around a week, the owner (Dornbaum) DM'd me on Discord, to inform me that the group was now becoming a democracy and my rank was at risk. Now, obviously I wasn't very happy about this, but I thought, roll with it. So I did. After the new ranks were installed, I was ranked down a rank to President, which I continued to agree with. Then, a team of Board of Directors were hired.
This is where the problems started. These Board of Directors' were not hired for their hard work, and infact some of them had never even been in the group before now. The Board of Directors, and their CONFIRMED reason for hiring are below:
> SunAxis: Previous group owner (That I can understand)
> Ampsur: Sold the owner (Dornbaum) a 20k group and had 16k followers. Famous. Free-rank based on social and community status.
> Tylerpad: Previously the same rank as me, got a rank up whereas I got a demotion.
> The_Essence: Ranked based on social status, ending up abusing the group.
After these people were ranked, I carried on with my normal jobs. Ampsur became increasingly interfering and disturbing with her ways. I had set my profile picture to a personal picture of myself, which she proceeded to SAVE on her computer, and share around many Discord Servers (not just the Barcelo Discord.) I asked her to stop and what does she do, threaten to demote me (Corrupt much?).
After I reported this to the owner, he didn't care, as this girl had been ranked purely based on social status. So, around 5 days ago, myself and the other president decided to leave the group, to see how they would cope without us providing the group foundations. Sure enough, within an hour, we were begged to come back by the owner. Deepside44 refused to return, understandably. I was willing to give it a final go on the condition Ampsur was impeached to Vice President. She was. So I returned to give it a final go.
Shortly after this, one of the other Board of Directors decided to kick everyone from the discord server and abuse the group. Ampsur, the impeached ### also abused the group. Following this, I was fired and they were both rehired. Think. If your group had been abused by 2 girls who threatened to fire all your HRs, would you fire a person who had NOTHING to do with the incident and rehire the 2 people responsible? Interesting.
This girl (Ampsur) , then decided to pin the blame on me for the removal of all the scripts from the game, when she had ranked an ALT Account (BarceloAdministrator) to President in order to do this. The owner of Barcelo believed this, and sure enough, they were both rehired to their ranks, despite the fact I had worked ## ### off to get that group back to its former glory. If you want screenshots proving that Dornbaum believed them over me, and in fact an ALT account was ranked to President to remove the scripts, please message me on Discord. (httpJoseph#6407).
I will be happy to discuss this incident with anyone who requests it. All the current games in the Group Games tab that were originally created and coded by myself have been removed, as if my existance is trying to be removed from the group. (Interesting!)
