Section I. Plans for the term

## running mate iMusicTheory and I have decided to focus on the primary aspect that is currently lacking in Norfolk. Our citizen count is lacking heavily. Out of 3214 Robloxians in our group 2337 are tourist. That is over a half nearly 2/3 of our group is tourist. We look good on paper but that can not be the case.
Other politicians may run their mouths and use rhetoric and faulty plans to make you feel better but Music and I have a plan that will help save our crippled economy. We will put in place a plan to fix this economy. The plan is simple, we find a fit NCDED Director. One who knows how Norfolk works as well as one who knows how to work with others to get the wheels of industry moving.
With the release of V3 comes a new map with new opportunity. We can have business plots that will be ran through the NCDED, who will find fit businesses to fill those plots. This will allow the businesses to hire you, the citizens of Norfolk. Those of you who can't find a job in the public service areas, NCFD, NCPD, and NCDOC will benefit from these jobs.
This would cause a chain reaction. People already in their company would come to Norfolk along with the new people that come to do their jobs. This would increase the number of people who come to our city.
Secondly, we would work to spin the wheels of this democracy and get the voice of the people into Norfolk. Some of our opponents would argue that making the citizens support councilmen to run is ensuring you get your voice in. However, the reality is that once they are elected they are purely motivated by their self-interest and that is the end, you never hear anything else from your councilmen. As Mayors, Music and I would make an effort to get your voice into government by having regular press conferences with the Mayor as well as question/answer sessions with the council.
As City Attorneys Music and I have been through this cycle. There are tons and tons of loopholes in many of the ordinances. Instead of making a new ones that conflict we should be focused on ensuring our current ones are effective.

Section II Plans for the Departments
============
NCGDC: Our plans for the GDC are simple. We will find a fit City Attorney and with the City Council we will work hand in hand with the City Attorney to get a proper book of laws for the citizens as well as you the people of Norfolk. Currently to find a crime you have to find the City Government Trello and find the ordinance. We would make this process easier with a detailed form or doc that would outline all of the crimes and proper punishments.
NCPD: My##unning mate and I have great faith in Chief RapidLaw. We wish to keep him in our administration. We believe that NCPD is in the hands of a true leader. One who has the full support of his officers as well as his HICOMM.
NCDOC: DOC has faced many challenges since their inception. We will find proper leadership and work to make them an active and productive member of our wonderful city.
NCFD: The FD has served Norfolk greatly with its activity and the firefighters and paramedics ### work their hardest to keep the people of Norfolk safe. Our FD Chief pick would be Soda_RBLX. He has proven time and time again that he is fit to lead these men. He has the respect of his members and he treats them with respect.
NCDOT: The DOT is a great public service, one we all can benefit from. However, lack of leadership has put it in a tough position. We will work to get this department running and have them start working in the city ASAP.
NCDED: DED will be revived during our administration and play a vital role in ensuring that our economy expands and causes a period of economic growth in Norfolk. The DED Director who has yet to be chosen will be tasked with finding and helping to manage businesses that are coming into Norfolk to help provide jobs the people of Norfolk.
NCD: The dispatch department has worked tirelessly to ensure that not only that you, the citizens get the proper attention they need when emergency strikes but have been revolutionizing the system. They have implemented new codes that are currently in effect. I am positive that under the leadership of JackCTaylor they will remain an elite division.

Section III First Month as Mayors
============
Week One: Our first week in office will be dedicated to council elections, filling the seats of the council as their terms ends when the current mayors term ends. Along with multiple Q/A Sessions and Press Conferences to get more ideals from the people. Along with putting our appointees in office.
Week Two: Our second week will be focused on defining powers, creating legislation, and fixing flawed legislation. We will strengthen the laws and define the rights of citizens. The GDC will also receive a list of valid charges, which will be signed by both mayors and the City Attorney.
Week Three: Our third week will focus on getting the wheels spinning on the Economy. Now that the flaws in our ordinances and charter are all ironed out we can focus on getting new people into Norfolk. At this time we would work heavily with the NCDED to get new businesses into Norfolk as well as make other plans to help expand Norfolk's horizons to get the maximum amount of people into our city. This is where the private sector starts hiring again and more citizens can be employed and have fun things to do around the city.
Week Four: On week four we will focus again on you, the people. We will have multiple press conferences and ##### to inform you on the progress that has been made during the month. That way you can have your voice in for the next month. You will be provided with a detailed report on the growth progression of Norfolk. That way we can ensure, not only that we are growing as a community, but we are still ensuring the quality of life for our new and previous citizens.
