Economic Development Press Release,
Thursday February 16, 2017:
As the Director of Economic Development, I hereby removed TH from the City of Harford and the land shall return as Government Property; accordance of my ability to as of C.IV.I.
The Constiuation Amendement IV have stated:
“Section I: All property not privately owned is considered property of the government. The Department of Economic Development is responsible for the distribution of land.”

The Removal of TH shall be due to the following:
- Lack of Services
TH has proven no communication nor contact with the Department of Economic Development for their land property to continue.
- No Official Agreement with the State Government:
There is no document of the Department of Economic Development acknowledgement that a official agreement with this department and the company exist for the Government to document.
- Crimes being hired into the company:
Big consider as this property is located across from State Capitol guarded by the Department of Homeland Security.
As this Press Release is in effected, TH may not operate in the City of Harford as the land no longer belong to them. Failure to abide may cause conflict with the Constiuation.
