THIS AGREEMENT, established with the informed consent of both named parties, shall henceforth be regarded as a legally binding covenant between Social and Economic Development Canada (https://www.roblox.com/Groups/group.aspx?gid=3053508), acting with the legal authority of the Canadian government (https://www.roblox.com/Groups/group.aspx?gid=2783280), and GNC Financial Services (https://www.roblox.com/Groups/group.aspx?gid=2768990). Section I. Obligations and Privileges Henceforth, the GNC Financial Services Group shall provide staffing, security, and customer support to all public financial institutions located in the city of Ottawa. Employees of the GNC Financial Services Group may provide such services exclusively within the boundaries of said financial institutions. For this purpose, employees of the GNC Financial Services Group shall be equipped with nonlethal weaponry and door opening tools when operating in the city of Ottawa. Said employees shall also be granted access to a team. Henceforth, the GNC Financial Services Group is legally entitled to hire and employ citizens of Canada. All individuals, facilities, and other entities owned by the GNC Financial Services Group shall be subject to regulation by the Canadian government if present on the sovereign soil of Canada. Employees of the GNC Financial Services Group are authorized to utilize lethal force exclusively in situations where there is a clear and present danger to their lives or the lives of others. Section II. Alterations and Termination This agreement can only be altered or renegotiated with the consent of both parties. This agreement may be unilaterally terminated by either party, provided the other has notified at least 36 hours prior.
