This is the official training guidelines for Jotor 2. There are going to be FOUR specific kinds of training. Anyone who train is expected to follow them. Anyone caught disobeying the guidelines will be punished. Remember only pass those who excel and those who honestly learned a lot from it and showed general interest. Now remember do not allow anyone to troll your training. You are in charge not them. After two warnings and someone keeps trolling simply kick them. Now onto the specifics of the training. Basic Combat Training(BCT)- 1) Have whoever is participating Form a STS. Then immediately tell them permission to speak is in effect and that to ask for it say either "PTS" or "Permission to speak". 2) Firstly go over all the forms. Do not forget to go over form 0. 3) Explain what forms goal or objective is and how to use it properly. 4) Demonstrate the forms with them. That way they have an understand of what the form looks like and gives them an idea how to use it themselves. 5) Go over basic teamwork drills. Like how to use health rotations or how to help their teammate if they are struggling. Then simply have them do a 2v2 to practice working in teams. 6) D##a quiz in the following way. First describe a form and have them say what form you are describing them. Then name all the forms but do it in wrong order to see if they notice and if they do have them correct it. 7) Then lastly do a tournament in 1v1 fashion. Make a clone thats godded say Defeated line and another godded clone that says Winner line. 8) Pass whoever excelled, improved from last time or showed general interest. Basic Code Training(BCT)- 1) Have whoever is participating Form a STS. Then immediately tell them permission to speak is in effect and that to ask for it say either "PTS" or "Permission to speak". 2) First go over the Mantra(Original Jedi code). Then have some volunteers recite it. 3) Then go over Odan-Urr's revised Jedi code. Then have some Volunteers recite it. 4) Go over the Crystal code. Then have some volunteers recite it. 5) Go over the three pillars and go into keep meaning about what they mean. Then have some volunteers give their own input on what they mean to that individual. 6) Then wrap up the training with some having some volunteers recite the codes and three pillars that you went. 7) Pass whoever excelled, improved from last time or showed general interest. Basic Lore Training(BCT)- 1) Have whoever is participating Form a STS. Then immediately tell them permission to speak is in effect and that to ask for it say either "PTS" or "Permission to speak". 2) You may talk about any person, battle, place or subject you like. However it was to be more then a few sentences so its worth everyone time and effort. However the max time for the lecture is 30 minutes. 3) If anyone has any questions answer them immediately. 4) Have five questions at the end of lecture. To see who ### actually paying attention. 5) Pass those who excelled in questions and answers, and showed general interest in the topic. Practice raid(PR)- 1) Have whoever is participating Form a STS. Then immediately tell them permission to speak is in effect and that to ask for it say either "PTS" or "Permission to speak". 2) Pick two team captains. One will be the team captain for the Jedi and the other captain for the raiders. 3) Once the teams are evened out then give them two minutes to plan.(Use Hcountdown) 4) Then there are two kinds of formats the PR can go. Format 1- Team death match. The PR ends when one team reaches a set amount of KOS. Example the Jedi team reach 50 KOS first so they win. Format 2- Terminal raid. After for example 20 minutes if raiders either have captured the terminal for the set amount of time on it or if they have it captured at the end they win. But if the Jedi successfully defend and own terminal at the end they win. 5) At the end of the PR pass those who excelled and displayed excellent communication and teamwork.
