This following forum represents the rank of Security Lieutenant and Security Captain, and to what punishments you may apply to units if punishment is needed. *Any punishments given should be informed to the Director and a Security Council Member* *The Security Director and/or the Security Council hold all rights to undo punishments if it was applied unfairly* Lieutenants- Lieutenants are the first high rank within the Security Department, and people with this rank are trusted to deal with minor situations and apply punishments when needed. Punishments Lieutenants may apply: -Warning: Lieutenants may apply warnings to units ### break ### rules, or anyone they see fit, warnings should include what they person did, how they can fix it, and a warning not to do it again. Warnings should be applied at least once or twice before a higher level punishment should be given. -Suspension: Lieutenants may apply suspensions to units who have already received their 1-2 warnings, but keep on breaking rules. Lieutenants may give suspensions up to 2 days, if it needs to be extended, please message a Security Captain+. Places where Lieutenants may apply punishments: Lieutenants- Lieutenants may apply punishments on-site. Captains- Captains are the second high rank within the Security Department, and people within this rank are trusted to deal with situations and apply punishments when necessary. Punishments Captain may apply: -Warning: Captains may apply warnings to units who break the rules, or anyone they see fit, warnings should include what the person did, how they can fix it, and a warning not to do it again. Warnings should be applied at least once or twice before a higher level punishment should be given. -Suspension: Captains have the authority to give suspensions to units ### have already received their 1-2 warnings, but keep on breaking rules. Captains may give suspensions up to 5 days, if it needs to be extended, please message a Security Council member+. A suspension should be given once or twice before a higher level punishment should be given. -Demotion: Captains may apply demotions as well as the punishments listed before. Demotions are given to units who still don't listen after their warnings and suspensions. Captains may PERMANENTLY demote units lower than them if necessary. This punishment should RARELY be given, and only given if necessary. Places where Captains may apply punishments: Captains- Captains may apply punishments in trainings, and on-site. If a unit has been Class-E'd within the parent group, then that unit should be suspended within the Security Department until their suspension within the parent group is over.
