To become an instructor, you must go through the following process with the following qualifications. 1) You must be VCJTC Certified before you can have the opportunity to become an Instructor. 2) Once you get VCJTC Certified, any current POST Instructor can promote you to the rank of "POST Junior Instructor" which is essentially a rank to prepare you to become an actual Instructor. 3) Once either the Head Instructor, or the VCJTC Director believe you're ready, there will be a POST instructor vote on if you can be an official Instructor. If you get a super majority (75%) in favor of you becoming an Instructor, you get promoted. POST Instructors will have monthly meetings regarding VCJTC and the Junior Instructors. NOTE: Reforms can be conducted by the Director at any given time, if the Director feels the need for there to be one.
