FLYZURICH TERMS AND CONDITIONS (c) 2017 Here at FlyZürich, we want to provide people an atmospheric, relaxing and comfortable flight enjoyable by all kinds of people. This is why we're introducing FlyZürich Terms & Conditions, a programme to improve quality on all of our flights. Failure to adhere to FlyZürich's Terms & Conditions programme will result in disciplinary punishment if needed. Under Section I: Staff & Passengers I) Be mature This is a really big issue in RoAviation, it is mandatory to be mature during important parts of a flight. You can be immature sometimes to entertain passengers and before the actual flight, but that is it. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in the necessary punishments, (e.g. 3 warnings, kick then ban from server). II) Be respectful Again, this is what some of RoAviation is lacking. (Disclaimer: I'm not trying to offend people that respect a lot of people, or new people, but I just want to point this out.) This is mandatory, and is taken seriously. FlyZürich will give the necessary punishments, (e.g. 1 warning, kick, ban from server, then ban from all flights and possibly exile.) III) No offensive material Offensive material will be taken seriously. Keep in mind, there are lots of different people with different religions, nationalities and ethnicities. Things related to terrorism (Syrian Civil War) etc, plane crashes (Twin Towers), NSDAP (N@z!3m) and etc. will NOT be TOLERATED. THIS IS MEANT TO BE TAKEN REALLY, AND I MEAN, REALLY SERIOUSLY, and FlyZürich's staff members will give the necessary punishments available (e.g. kick, ban, banned from all flights) Under Section II: Passengers I) Treat HRs+ nicely Passengers, staff have a lot of stressful times. And we don't want you to make them more stressed. Please treat them nicely, and give them the support they need in hard times. Don't go shouting "TWELF TWELFTH111!!! I NED HELP11!!!" or anything like that please. Ask them politely, wait patiently, then they will support you. FlyZürich will give the necessary punishments if you don't adhere to this rule (e.g. 3 warnings, kick then ban.) II) Don't rush Passengers, you don't need to rush. You don't have to rush into th###epartures. Take your time, it will help with flight quality. This isn't mandatory, but it is to be expected throughout the flight. No given punishments for this rule. III) Do as you're told to If you are told by a staff member (HR or above), you MUST do as you're told to. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in the necessary punishments from FlyZürich high ranks, (e.g. kick) Under Section 3: LR+ I) Be respectful to passengers Passengers are a part of FlyZürich, too. Treat them as you would like them to be. FlyZürich will give the necessary punishment if you don't adhere to this rule. (e.g. demoted) II) Organize yourself It is your responsibility to organize yourself for the flight. Dress up in appropriate, formal suits (this is an exception to HRs and people who cannot afford ROBUX) If you do not adhere to the rules, the CSO+ are happy to punish you with the necessary punishments (e.g. warnings) III) Be realistic Do your work like a real staff would do in an airline. This improves the ###lity of our airline, gives people a feeling that they're in an actual airport/aircraft (etc.) This rule doesn't need a punishment, but I expect all staff to be realistic.
