We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves, do establish this Constitution for the United States of America. Article 1-Congress Section 1: Congress is granted the powers to change or add to the Constitution of the United States. A change must be given to both the President and Supreme Court to decide if its lawful or will be vetoed, Along with this the House and Senate must both agree majority wise on the bill. Section 2(HOUSE): ### House of Representatives is granted members based on population of a state or territory. For every 50 members of a state 1 house member is granted for congress. HO###########erve 10 month terms on the 5th month there state can decide to re-elect them or have another election. In the time of an election that the election becomes unclear or a tie, the House will be called upon to vote for the election to break the tie. The House is capable of passing laws(with Senate),creating bills,vetoing bills, If a removal case comes up and the Senate ties the House will be called upon to vote. In the case of a House member resigning, he or she must give a 2 week notice with a practical reason. Leaving office without having educational issues,quiting,or leaving the USA will result in exilation from the clan or not being able to run again for office. If you committ to an office you must see it through unless the resignation is legit. Section 3(Senate): Each State will be given two elected senators to represent said state in congress, Senators will have 12 Month terms, on the 6th month they can decide to continue or resign, also on the 6th month there will be a state vote to decide if to keep the senator or have another election. The senate will decide on its own bills or laws to pass based on bill of rights, each bill must also pass through the house to be approved. Section 4(Powers of Congress) Congress may call for war, if lawful and approved by both President and Supreme Court, Congress may declare a peace treaty only, the president nor supreme court can veto it unless it is used in a helpful matter to the enemy. Congress has the power to make any bill which will benefit the american people,or protect them. congress may add to the bill of rights. Section 5(Limits) Congress may not make bills for other countries or foreign alliences congress may not edit a law from the bill of rights unless it directly is in danger of the public. Article 2-States What makes a state: If a state group gains more than 60-70 members it will officially be represented in congress. If it goes back below 40 members after this period it will go back to a territory. A state must have a place that has over 100 visits to be a state, it must also include a meeting place for the state legislature. It must also include a Federal Court building, and must give the citizens a chance to have shops and buildings within the place. Also for every 1 Senator or Representative building, there must be at least 5 for citizens to make it even. National Guard- A state may have 1 Army Division and 1 Airforce Wing to defend the State alone, if a Division/Wing is called into action somewhere else federal departments can defend a State. Also it is wrong for a Wing/Division to send troops into combat if not permitted, a Division or WIngs primary goal is to defend its place unless called upon. A govenor it permitted only to call troops into a place if it is under direct threat, Senators or House members are not permitted to do so. The National Guards primary role is defence of the state unless called into action other places and in times of war is responsible for defending the place against possible attackers. Article 3- Supreme Co. Section 1:The Supreme Co. has the ability to decide if a law or bill is constitutional to the bill of rights or follows what the US needs passed. Section 2: The Supreme Co., may also hold important cases which are a capital crime or happen to be too important for a Federal Co. to oversee. Article 4-Executive Powers Section 1-President: The President has the power to veto a bill or law which is found to contradict what the american public wants. The President may choose a staff for military and defence purposes as well as state positions. The President may only call for military action if a direct threat to the United States or an ally. A president must also consult with congress about declaring official conflict. A president may make a new group, or build a place using personal military or state assets only if approved. If assests are used from Presidents own assests it is legal without congress approval if it does not threatin the government. The president may set up alliences and foreign relations with other clans. Conclusion- We hold all these amendments lawful, that if broken action may be taken in order to defend it.
