WAR TERMS: -30 minute timeout between raids -Contact Leader and an HR 20 minutes before the raid -Defending points granted Raid time on weekdays: 4PM-9PM EST Raid time on weekends: 2PM-10PM EST -War becomes official on the 19th at 6 PM EST -No allies -No constant flaming -No base changes -First to 10 points.

these terms literally just say "we can not compete with you and want you to be handicapped" in ### off chance that ### high command actually accepted this war (y'all couldnt even reach ### gate controls- that screams waste of time) you do realize those terms would not be accepted
