This is a guide to show you how to do interviews properly.

Change the shout to something that includes Interviews, the Host, the Co-Host, time, and time zone!
(Does NOT have to be that exactly!)
Note: You MUST shout before the ###erview.

[INTERVIEW RULES]
Rule 1: Be respectful to your interviewer.
Rule 2: Always use grammar during interviews.
Rule 3: Give your answers detail and thought, this will help raise you chances of passing.
Rule 4: Do not stand up unless chosen to be interviewed.
Rule 5: If you fail for any reason, please do not get upset. You can always try again next time!
[STAFF] Do not fail a good customer, that will only lead to a demotion.

[INTERVIEW QUESTIONS]

2 | Have you had any experience with groups like Ocean Cafe? If so, please name them.
3 | What would you do if you encountered a "troller" at the ###e?
4 | What goals do you have once working at Ocean Cafe?
5 | Why should we hire you over other applicants?(2 sentences)
6 |##n a scale of 1-10, how would you rate your grammar?
7 | How did you find Ocean Cafe?

[INTERVIEW PROCEDURE]
1) When the staff show, the host will assign them offices.
2) Make sure all staff are standing on the yellow line!
3) When starting interviews, make sure to kick any Trainee's - Senior Barista's.
4) Once them time has come, the host will s-lock the server and change the shout.
5) Then, the host will give their introduction, then introduce your interviewers using the :sm [DESC] command.
6) After, the host will use the command :sm [DESC] to go over the rules.
7) Then, 1 or 2 people will go around using the command :age [USER] and asking them to say "c7rn".
8) The host will then use the command :sm [DESC] after the rules and say the interviewers may now begin interviewing.
9) Interviewers may then walk up to a random person, and bring them to an office.
10) If the customer failed, the interviewer will explain why they failed then kick them. If they passed, the interviewer will take the customer to the back where the host will then rank them! If you can't kick, tell the host too.
11) If the host ranks them, the host will then kick them after they have been ranked.
12) Once all customers have been interviewed, the host will then thank all the interviewers for coming, then shutdown the server.
13) The person who is the host will then change the shout that includes the Interviews are over.
