Idea to stop messages with scams

This idea is an idea that can stop scams such as free stuff and what not. So what happens is there will be a filter detecting words commonly used in scam messages such as "free" or words converted word-form symbols 𝐋𝐈𝐊𝐄 𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐒. If 5 or more filtered words are detected, the message will still go through, but the user who gets the message will not be notified of it, and the message will be notified to a moderator so the moderator will see if the message is a scam. If it is, the user who sent the message will receive a poison ban (A poison ban terminates the users account, and suspends the creation of any other accounts.) If a moderator has not responded to the message within 15 days, it will be deleted. So tell me what you think of this idea, is it good? Or does it have some flaws? Please say so below.

This would literally overflow the mods with so much work. They couldn't handle it,since roblox's mod team is so low Color splash!

That's a good thing to point out, so that gave me another idea to add to the system. It's a feature where players can volunteer to help the moderators out and ban the users sending the spam messages. To sign up for it, you must have been on ROBLOX for atleast 6 months, have a verified ###### must be 13 or older, and must have had BC atleast once in the past. If you are accepted, you too will receive messages notifying a scam message that got sent, and you have the ability to mark the message as "clean", or ban the user who sent it. You will be monitored the first month you have this ability, and if you are caught abusing it, you will receive a poison ban. This system can help out the moderators ban the users who are spamming scam messages on ROBLOX.
