RAT’s HICOM came together to discuss a pressing issue of a declining high command and a relatively smaller officer core when compared to RAT’s size. After deliberating for a few hours we’ve come up with a short and temporary system for giving members and those related to any group an opportunity to offer their abilities and skills as an officer within RAT. This thread will explain this process in which this system is handled.
Frostaria’s Officer Reserves Core will function as a division-like group related to RAT for keeping track of applicants within this process. This division will be open to all and will be ranked accordingly:

“Exec Revision” holds an account which will keep track of all applications submitted by users that wish to apply for a rial officer rank. RAT’s Executive Committee will review all applications every 1-2 weeks. This process will be available for an extended period of time, though faster applicants will receive faster responses.

You are not limited to only writing about what’s been stated above and are encouraged to go beyond than just that of what is written.
Any applicants that pass our written applicant stage will be ranked at “Trial Officer” and remain at that rank for about a week in which they will undergo examination and tested in situations that involve training other members, hosting general events, moderating teamspeak, or performing any other Officer-related tasks. Trial Officers that perform well at all of their examinations will be made an official Justicar and be incorporated into RAT’s Officer Council.
Trial Officers that do not live up to our expectations cause major conflicts during their time a Trial Officer will immediately be removed.
