[NUSA-LVCC] Private Business Bill

This bill will prohibit private business owners from profiting robux in Las Vegas. Any and all men and women ### establish a business in Las Vegas, that is private, will be prohibited from profiting robux from any item related to that group. That includes, but is not limited to: badges, uniforms, clothing items, etc. All funds gathered by a private business shall be controlled by pauljkl, and used for advertisements and sponsorships for Las Vegas and/or other USA related things. The funds are not recommended to go to Nightgaladeld who might devex them. (jk) If one wants to open up a business, they can make one like Kestrel and make it global, however for roleplay related purposes in Las Vegas, they cannot profit. ### main reason is that ### only reason people buy things from private business (ex. a shareholder shirt for a bank) is because they want ### perks in Vegas, they don't care about ### team as much. And the reason Las Vegas is where it is comes from paul, not the business owner. Lastly, this will also prohibit buying/selling of private business. There will be no buying/selling of business like Youtube910 used to do with TTS, BoA, CSpan, and BoP. There is no reason for one to own many business at one time, and it circles back to the same reason of why no citizen should be able to profit off business in LV. Signed, Councilman Tremolo

Nay. Uniforms tend to be necessary at times, and barely profitable. I do support the anti-buying and selling business thing, and the anti-investors thing would be a nice addition to that. I would suggest to make the following edits: Any private group can make uniforms, but they have to be the lowest price possible for their type (aka tshirts must be 2 robux, shirts and pants must be 5 each) No investor rank, or investor item. If they are found doing this low key, the business can and SHOULD be removed by the act.

I should've clarified. Uniforms are allowed, ### ##### ## ### group must not profit. All group funds must go to Paul. And investor ranks and stuff can be allowed. ### money earned by them and such goes to Paul and ### group. Paul can then payout to others ### cannot afford a uniform or any required thing for ### specific group.

If they want to make a business for profit, they can do so by making something like Kestrel, but if it's a USA specific business they cannot profit. Read the bill pls, also you're not a council person.

Part of roleplaying at NUSA as a private business is to make robux, not have your profits go to a dev. The investor options is roleplay too. You're making the private sector less appealing and soon enough no one will want to join it. Stop making NUSA boring.

I think we are giving paul a lot of stuff to do, on top of development. I think my plan would be far better. It would allow for the council to have a better handle on the businesses in LV, and allow businesses to prevent from profiting off of their own team such as with the investor rank.

Nay, we already get a lot of money from gamepasses. This bill would essentially make people NOT want to open business. Currency is essential to any business' motivation.

Nay. Businesses, are well, businesses and they exist to make a profit. Although it's not the main intention of them in NUSA, it doesn't mean we should restrict them. Also, you know they can just use their group shouts and making an item and just shout to buy it for ranks or special privileges in the group, and there's nothing we could do to stop something like that.
