Welcome to FootingHeigh County, AKA The County of FootingHeigh, FootingHeigh or just FHC!
We are the FICTITIOUS 17th territory apart of the United States of America.
Being a territory, we do not necessarily follow ### United States's constitutional rights and system of government. However, due to the the U.S. government having claimed our lands, we are heavily supported by their customs and infrastructure such as military/naval bases all-around and the U.S. flag, mounted on countless areas, vehicles, etc, all around our region!
We feature our own government and unique branches, all serving under the 17th territory in their own right.
The County of FootingHeigh & Her Agencies along with her Proud Founder, Vandicoup, proudly presents to you ALL of our OFFICIALLY MANDATED territory-wide *DEPARTMENTAL* laws/regulations/policies!

#1 Turning left/right during RED lights is considered ILLEGAL in our region!
#2 No need to follow the SPEED LIMIT! Signs are only for display! Just use caution when turning and stop appropriately.
#3 We are apart of the United States where driving on the RIGHT-side of the road is considered LEGAL!!
#4 Uniforms are FREE OF CHARGE! Will be found near ALL GOVERNMENT-spawn points in *PATROL MAPS* ONLY! - Our only TRAINING MAP is an EXCEPTION.
#5 Follow all basic laws/street signs in our maps!
#6 Listen and OBEY to high command and any rank that is higher than yours. You may question their orders and they may answer, but you are not to disobey under ANY CIRCUMSTANCE WHATSOEVER! If you have a problem with a ranger of ANY RANK within our department, PLEASE SHOOT EITHER ME or the 2###a PM, IMMEDIATELY.
#7 THE "5" REQUIREMENTS TO BE NOTICED AND/OR PROMOTED: (AGENCY-WIDE!)
1. Respectful/Loyal to ANY form of command + new comers
2. Willing to follow any order. DOES not question high command
3. SEMI-Experienced in weaponry
4. SEMI-Experienced in tactical/average driving and handling of land vehicles
5. Active at MOST times. Available to respond. Attends MOST trainings & patrols
#8 Have HEADLIGHTS on THROUGHOUT the DAY/NIGHT times unless parked! Keep them on when PULLED OVER though.
#9 And LASTLY....ENJOY YOURSELVES, MEN!
