SUBJ: Maturity Regulations
Purpose: This policy will set the groundwork for the maturity policy that will affect all USMC personnel.
Article 1
Since our high in September, the Marine Corps has had a problem with immaturity. This has no direct cause, but many indirect causes. From here on out, the ###ine Corps will be taking a No tolerance policy. Regardless of Rank, Position, Command, or Authority. No one, including Chiefs of Staff, will be excluded in this.
Article 2
On Marine Bases and or Wearing a Marine uniform you are to be an example to both Civilians and Military bases. You will not insult, troll, or make fun of any civilians or military personnel. If you are not in a USM Related game, you may be in civilian attire. With that being said, you are still expected to uphold the core values of the Marine Corps. The basic rule of don’t be an idiot still applies.
Article 3
Maturity has different expectations for different commands and the ###ectations are as followed.
1st,2nd,3rd, and 4th MD: The rules outlined in Article two are the basic rules that you need to follow. Along with those, you will be required to respect all other Marine divisions. If you are embedded with a Navy fleet, you will also be required to abide by Navy code of Conduct. When on a Navy ship, you will obey any commands from both Navy and Marine officers and senior enlisted.
TECOM: As the front door into the Marine Corps, you will act professional at all times. Along with the basic rules outlined in Article one, you are subject to a No swearing policy. Anything that resembles cussing may result in a demotion and or removal from TECOM and the Marine Corps. You will treat recruits like human beings, not like the scum of the earth.This doesn’t mean baby them, but treat them like they are the people that are you’re going to be going into battle with. You guys are the face of the Marine Corps, act like it.
MAC: As the only flight force of USMC, you guys are what people see in the air. Along with the rules outlined in Article one, you are subject to a no bias policy on transport. You are also subject to the Aviation Doctrine. You are only to be flying in combat missions when requested. You will also make sure to avoid casualties at all costs, both your own and those of other USM.
FORECON/MARSOC: While representing the Marine Special Operations Units, you will remain in your utmost respectful and obedient form. You will not harass, troll,or disturb anyone. If you are harassed, trolled, or disturbed yourself, you will not reply at all, instead you will speak to me. If anyone is being an idiot, let them be an idiot. Don’t be the idiot who replies. MARSOC and FORECON will be held responsible primarily by their Division and or SOCOM staff.
Article 4
All Marines are encouraged to follow the chain of command. Any Marine may call to a superior officer when this policy is being broken. If you feel that any Marine is breaking this policy, You are to first go to your direct CO, and then go to Command staff to file a complaint. You will need to provide proof to whomever you send your complaint to. CO’s will be responsible for following up and providing Punishment.
