manhlakill - 8/10 -- man I think is a very developed and on time High rank, he is a great person and can inspire ### members of VE to rise to ### highest achieved Rank. man I aspect could do with a little activity kick but has good efforts with in VE.
iMadSkillzz - 7/10 -- Mad is a qualified high rank from back in the day's, he went from hosting above twice a much stronger developed HR. Mad's concept of achievement is quite well strong I would expect but concluding his activity he could boost to become greater.
RiceTechnology - 9/10 -- Rice is a capable High rank and can fly through VE in no time, given that Rice is one of the Academic students, I suspect that she will surpass her beyond.
Devils_Accept - 6/10 -- Devil is a fair High rank who could develop himself to become more active but is a kind, amazing person who can modify his training's skills to advance higher than he can.
theowner1801 - 5/10 -- Quite inactive but a very good trainer, he's an epic person but needs to sought his activity.
teaqq - 10/10 -- Teaqq is an amazing person and is very active, teaqq socialises with others a lot in training's and in discord!
Faded_Light - 7/10 -- Faded could progress a lot better with in VE as she Faded is on and offline I gave her a "7" due to good training's, socialising and communicating.
Cephal - 4/10 -- Cephal is an alright High rank but can increase his activity a lot.
iLindax - 2/10 -- I barely see Lindax hosting or around VE training grounds, I would say Lindax could improve in his activity.
iCommitment - 8/10 -- Commitment made an epic comeback to Veloxic Empire and is great at socialising having fun and exploring his capabilities/

myrrrh- 7/10 -- Myrrrh is an epic person who does nothing wrong but can be quite inactive with his training's. I had to bring up that he once abandoned a raid and left me to hold it but other then that he's a great person.
Jxey_Hxey- 9/10 -- Jxey is more active in others training's than his own. I aspect that I do not see most of his training's due to timezones,bed times and wake up calls. Jxey is an amazing High rank who can advance further than his current rank.
7hunder3- 4/10 -- 7hunder isv very inactive. I barely see 7hunder hosting an yet again whether this is due to his timezone, bed time or wake up call I do not know.
Soulnology - 8/10 -- Soul is an amazing HR but can improve on here activity and can increase in activity, I think Soul is a skilled member and can succeed.
Dax4244- 6/10 -- Dax is more active at GMT midnight time but you see that he is an EST person. He host's at about 12PM GMT which means he is than hosting at 7:00 PM Est which is good since about 70% of Veloxic Empire members are american.

awesomelegend0105- 9/10 -- awesome is a great High rank and achieves a lot in Veloxic Empire, he experiences his ranks very quick and he was capable of becoming quite a fast VE HR. awesome is a great trainer and takes every question one by one with out saying no [Unless a yes or no questions] I thank awesome as I aspect that he has allowed me to get through VE and has been a great hosting partner when I've ever been on co-host beside him.
Kieran8176- N/A -- As again I do not rate myself.

Crookest- 10/10 -- Crookest is a very great General and has chances of becoming Council one day. He has been a very good friend since we both advanced through VE fighting against each other, socialising, planning and having great fun. Crookest is very mature, quite active and a successful General of Veloxic Empire.
Kryxian- 8/10 -- Kryxian is a great General but mind me saying no offence I aspect he is quite inactive, otherwise then taking part in events, or socialising on discord he is a lit guy.

OachkatzIschwoaf (And 2,000,000m usernames that cost 1000R$) 10/10 -- Rating Nick as always he is a qualified Council member and is allowing VE to success by the hard work of all the council including Tim known as the head of council and VE
Girthy- 10/10 -- Girthy is a outrageous head of progression and is an amazing, outstanding person. Girthy is a amazing council member and improves VE day by day, Girthy is outstanding since foreseeing many problems given to him but also handling with ### Veloxic Empire Academy. As my opinion of the Acadaemy has always been is that it if fun, quite hard and helps members who go through there to become a HR. Thanks to Girthy this makes Veloxic Empire High ranks more safer and secure and gives the ###b####### ###tection needed from a exploiting/outrageous/mad members.

CrushingPower - 10/10 -- As we all know Crushing [Tim] being our leader he helps Veloxic Empire run safe and smoothly each day. He fixes any problems given to him and assures all of his members that if they have any problems than he will sought it.
