-The evidence must have been obtained while the suspect was in custody.
-The evidence must have been the product of interrogation.
-The interrogation must have been conducted by state-agents.

You have the right to remain silent.
-Anything you do or say can and may be used against you in a court of law
-You have the right to have an attorney present before and during the questioning
-Citizens have the right, if they cannot afford the services of an attorney, to have one appointed, at public expense and without cost to them, to represent them before and during the questioning

Freedom of Speech -
Citizens have the Freedom of Speech, (ROBLOX Rules Apply)
All Citizens have right to speak what they wish to speak. However, there are limitations: If one is to speak, he/she shall do it in an orderly fashion, shall not intrude on the public’s privacy, or violate current ROBLOX rules.
Freedom of Privacy -
All Citizens are allowed to have ### Freedom of Privacy. However, if there is a warrant for his/her arrest then it's legal to break privacy. Police may INVESTIGATE one's PRIVACY if they have probable cause and can prove it in the ###rt of Law.
Rights of Safety -
All Citizens have the Right of Safety and if felt in danger of ANY FORM OF ATTACK including words or actions can request Dallas Police Department or the Compliments Department help and press charges. However, All citizens have the right to report crime anonymously. All citizens have the right to bear arms, after passing a gun training session and purchasing a pass.
Rights of Voting -
All citizens have the right to freely express POLITICAL IDEOLOGY. If a ideology is considered EXTREMIST, they may be barred from running in any elections. All citizens have the right to vote. They may vote, and advertise whom they want in office however they choose. However, citizens may NOT exceed more than one post per wall on their candidate, FROM ### same person advertising, nor’ may they campaign via PM. Those caught using alternate accounts or cheating in elections will automatically be disqualified- no questions asked.
