This is a guide all about being a High Rank at LLUVIA™. Therefore, please read all of this before considering applying to become an HR!

#▬#▬##########################[High-Rank Responsiblities]
HR's are in charge of different things, depending on their rank.
Manager -- Managers are in charge of all Low Ranks, which are models. If any models break any rules, it is their job to demote them as they see fit. If they do end up demoting anyone, they are required to add the details of the demotion on the Trello Board.
Board of Directors -- They are in charge of all Middle Ranks, which are hosts. They must make sure all hosts have hosted at least two shows a week. They do this by checking the Trello Board. If a host has not hosted the required amount of shows, anyone who is a Board of Director need to PM them with a warning. If they do this multiple times, a demotion should be given.
Other High-Ranks, such as Co-Owner, are currently unavailable.

[Trello Board]
The Trello Board helps us keep track of Shows, Canceled Shows, Demotions, and more. Every HR will be given access to this once their application has been accepted.
Hosts should PM a High Ranked member and give them their show information. Once they have done this, the HR needs to add all of the information into the Trello Board. There are examples of this on the board, so you know how to format it.
If the sam###ost messages you and needs to cancel the sho###you will just move the sho###nformation to the Can###ed Shows.
This is useful when we need to check if an Apprentice Host has hosted enough shows to be ranked up to a Senior Host.
