7-15 isnt consistent 20-25 would be consistant more than double the base number for a range = unconsistant for a group your size

I don't disagree we had activity problems but it was enough to hold events daily and have a bit of fun. We'd like to improve activity and stuff when we get close to our hard launch date but until then I'd like something not too low but good enough
