[NUSA] Replacing the USMS Director "Ozzymen"

whats up everybody I know long time no see (if you remember me) Basically, I was the USMS Director at the start of Suddenrush12G's last presidential term. Under my leadership it was by far the most active agency at LV, and in general. Although maybe we weren't as skilled as SF was, we still had numbers. I started joint trainings with SF to try to improve some of my members gun skill. I solved USMS' feud with every single agency and we were no longer banned from BoA and GNC or the prison in other facts. I was then fired for going on alts with my Deputy Directors and doing criminal actions. I do regret my mistake and I hope you all will sign this and take me back. I had so much fun with all of my members in USMS, and will change my decisions in high ranks, and myself. @virginia I've made mistakes, all of which I regret. USMS was fun, and great under me and it will be again if I'm given the chance. If I don't convince you, look at the people signing this. Their reputation is on this forum as they sign it for me so take it from them too.

You're not giving Ozzymen ### chance to re-gain trust with ### american people. Everyone makes mistakes and that's exactly what Ozzymen did, you can't try and replace him 1 month in, well not even 1 month since his approval was delayed. REDCOBRA, you were a decent Director and made some bad decisions, we can't accept you back just yet, let Ozzy prove himself and give him a chance to do some things. Now that we have good ###### and Ozzy is doing more things, things are starting to look up for USMS.

I have been Head of Discipline for USMS for the past 4 Directors. I have impressions on all of them and I know how they operate and get things done, and as of now, i'm not convinced you should be able to gain back trust from everyone and become Director again. Sorry.
