As the Governor of the State of Firestone and as the Commander of the National Guard, I hereby declare war on the "State of Rockfield," joining the "State of Blockton" in retaliation.
The Firestone National Guard shall be deployed within Stapleton County.
The Firestone National Guard shall be deployed within the State of Blockton, upon request.
The Firestone Capitol shall be placed on Lockdown A for the duration of the war.
The State of Firestone shall NOT be in a State of Emergency unless declared.
